Platform Terms of Use

Effective Date 1 July 2026

These 4Turns Web Solutions Platform Terms of Use (these "Terms") set out the terms and conditions that govern your use of any platform, website, or mobile application officially owned and operated by 4Turns Web Solutions (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms also apply to any information, content, or materials made available on or accessible through the Platform (collectively, the "Content").

These Terms of Use govern and set the conditions for your access to and use of the Platform and its Content. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, which apply to all users and visitors ("you") of the Platform.

1. Platform Information and Contact

Ownership and Operation

4Turns Web Solutions IE ("4Turns", "we," "us," or "our") is a registered business entity under the laws of the Republic of Georgia and operates in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Electronic Commerce, owns and operates the following platforms: www.grek.ge and any associated applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Acceptance of Terms

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

By continuing to access or use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, and acknowledge that they govern and condition your access to, and use of, the Platform and all associated Content.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4Turns.

If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Use. In such a case, the term "you" will refer to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the Platform or any of its Content.

3. Changes to These Terms of Use

We may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, with or without prior notice to you. The most current version will always be made available on this page. If you are a registered user, and where required by law, we may also notify you of any material changes by email or through a notification on the Platform.

We encourage you to review these Terms of Use each time you access or use the Platform, to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

4. Changes to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including its features, functionalities, or Content, at any time and without prior notice. Such changes may be made to reflect developments in technology, changes in applicable laws or regulations, evolving market practices, or to align with our business objectives and priorities.

5. Suspension or Withdrawal of the Platform

We do not guarantee that the Platform or any of its Content will always be available or accessible without interruption, or that it will be provided free of charge. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or any part of the Platform at any time for business, operational, legal, or technical reasons.

6. Your Privacy

For information on how we collect, use, process, and share your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform, please refer to our Privacy Policy. It forms an integral part of these Terms of Use and explains your rights and our obligations regarding your personal data. By accessing or using the Platform, including by logging into your account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

7. Your Right to Use the Platform and Its Content

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms of Use, 4Turns grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and the Content strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are permitted to print a single copy or download extracts of any page(s) from the Platform for personal use. You may also direct others to Content available on the Platform. However, you must not modify any printed or downloaded materials in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or graphics separately from the accompanying text.

You are expressly prohibited from using any part of the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written authorization or a license from 4Turns.

4Turns owns or holds the rights to all intellectual property in the Platform and its Content, including but not limited to all designs, text, graphics, layout, and the selection and arrangement of such materials. The Platform and Content are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, logos, and other proprietary marks (collectively, the "Marks") displayed on the Platform are the property of 4Turns or their respective third-party owners. You are not permitted to use any Marks without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.

8. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when accessing or using the Platform or its Content:

Access or use the Platform if you are under the age of eighteen (18);
Use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or any systems, networks, or databases connected to the Platform;
Interfere with, damage, disrupt, or compromise any part of the Platform, its Content, associated networks, servers, or underlying software and systems;
Access or attempt to access another user's account, or their authentication credentials, without the express prior consent of both the user and the Platform;
Knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, malware, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
Impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your identity while using the Platform;
Engage in any conduct that is abusive, offensive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable;
Use the Platform to send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited marketing communications, including spam;
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
Use any manual or automated means (including, but not limited to, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scraping tools) to access, extract, compile, download, or collect data from the Platform or its Content, or circumvent any security or usage restrictions (such as robot exclusion headers) we may implement;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Platform or any of its Content.

Enforcement:

We take violations of these restrictions seriously. In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, which may include reporting your activities to relevant law enforcement authorities. We will cooperate fully with those authorities and may disclose your identity where required by law.

9. Account Creation and Management

Creating an Account
While you may browse the Platform as a guest, access to certain features and functionalities requires you to create an account (an "Account"). To register an Account, you must provide specific information as prompted during the account creation process on the Platform. Each user or client is permitted to register and manage only one profile or account on the 4Turns platforms. The creation, ownership, or operation of more than one profile or account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, 4Turns reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete any additional or unauthorized profiles or accounts without prior notice.
Providing Accurate Information
When registering for an Account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. If any of the information you provide becomes outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete, you are responsible for updating it promptly to ensure it remains current and correct.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your Account, you may submit a request by contacting us at support@grek.ge. Deleting your Account may result in the permanent loss of data and access to certain services or features.
Responsibility for Your Account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
Unauthorised Access or Use
If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to take any appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating your Account.
Privacy and Data Use
Any personal data provided during Account registration (including data submitted for identity verification or to obtain a 'Verified' status) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Paid Services

From time to time, 4Turns may offer certain features or enhancements on the Platform that are subject to a fee ("Paid Services"). For example, you may have the option to pay to have your listing featured more prominently in search results.

By purchasing any Paid Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

All fees for Paid Services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or performance of your listing; and
Paid Services are offered for your convenience only, and no guarantee is made regarding the effectiveness or success of the Paid Service, including but not limited to the number of views, inquiries, or leads your listing may receive;

11. Listings

The Platform enables users who wish to sell items or offer services (each a "Seller") to publish advertisements for such items or services ("Listings") that are viewable by other users of the Platform. Interested users ("Buyers") may contact the Seller via the Platform to make an offer.

If you are a Seller, you agree and warrant that:

You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you are either a natural person at least 18 years of age or a duly constituted legal entity with full legal capacity under Georgian law, acting voluntarily and free from undue influence; (ii) you are not subject to any sanctions or legal restrictions that prohibit your use of the Platform under Georgian or applicable international law; and (iii) you acknowledge and agree that your data will be processed in compliance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and these Terms.
You are legally permitted to offer the item or service for sale via the Platform;
You are the legal owner of the item or are otherwise authorized to sell or provide the item or service described in your Listing;
Your Listing complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and any other applicable policies published by 4Turns;
You provide a complete, accurate, and truthful description of the item or service in the Listing;
Each Listing contains only one (1) item or service—you may not bundle multiple items or services under a single Listing;
You do not post Listings in inappropriate categories or geographic areas on the Platform;
You do not post Listings for counterfeit goods or for items or services that infringe any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademarks, or patents);
You shall not assign, transfer, or otherwise make available your personal account or user identification associated with the 4Turns Platforms to any third party without our prior written consent.
You do not act as a third-party intermediary or agent offering Listings on behalf of others;
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the sale or offering of your item or service;
You act in good faith and with integrity in all communications and transactions with Buyers.

If you are a Buyer, you agree that:

You are legally permitted to purchase the item or service in question; and
You will act lawfully, honestly, and in good faith in all dealings with Sellers;

12. 4Turns Is Not Responsible for Listings

You acknowledge and agree that 4Turns is not obligated to monitor, review, approve, or moderate any Listings or their content on the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any Listings, and we are not responsible for any Listings posted by users.

If you choose to purchase an item or service through the Platform, you are entering into a transaction directly with the user who created the relevant Listing. 4Turns is not a party to such transactions, nor do we have any control over, or responsibility for, the terms of sale, the delivery of goods or services, or any resulting disputes.

While we are not responsible for Listings, we reserve the right—but not the obligation—to monitor, review, and remove any Listing that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Use (including our Acceptable Use Policy) or is otherwise inappropriate, misleading, or unlawful.

13. User Reviews and Ratings

The Platform allows users to rate and review their experiences with stores operated by other users (each a "Review"), and store owners are also permitted to respond publicly to Reviews they receive. The primary purpose of this feature is to foster transparency, accountability, and trust among Platform users, while encouraging a respectful and constructive community environment.

All Reviews and responses must fully comply with these Terms of Use and our Acceptable Use Policy. Additionally, Reviews must:

Be truthful, factual, and based on the reviewer's genuine experience;
Reflect the reviewer's own honest opinion, free from bias, exaggeration, or irrelevant considerations;
Not include any defamatory, malicious, obscene, offensive, or inflammatory language or content.

By submitting a Review or response, you acknowledge that the opinions expressed are solely your own, and you accept full responsibility for any statements you make.

Reviews and responses do not reflect the views or opinions of 4Turns, and 4Turns does not endorse or validate the content of any Review or response. We disclaim all liability in connection with any Review or related interaction between users. All responsibility for a Review lies with the individual who submitted it.

Although 4Turns is not responsible for any Review posted on the Platform, we reserve the right—but not the obligation—to monitor, moderate, or remove any Review or response that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Use, including the Acceptable Use Policy, or is otherwise inappropriate or unlawful. This discretionary authority may be exercised without prior notice to users.

14. Uploading Content to the Platform

Any content you upload or submit to the Platform—including but not limited to Listings, images, descriptions, reviews, or comments—will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

You retain ownership of your content; however, by uploading or posting it to the Platform, you grant 4Turns and other users of the Platform a limited license to use it. Specifically, you grant 4Turns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the operation, promotion, and marketing of the Platform and its services.

You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content. 4Turns accepts no liability for any loss of data you may experience.

We may disclose your identity to a third party if they assert that content uploaded by you infringes their intellectual property rights or right to privacy.

We reserve the right—but are not obligated—to remove, edit, or disable any content you post to the Platform, with or without notice, if, in our sole discretion, it is deemed to violate these Terms of Use, including our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations.

15. Acceptable Use Policy Compliance

All users of the Platform are required to adhere strictly to the standards set forth in our Acceptable Use Policy when engaging with any interactive features, including but not limited to content uploads and user-to-user communications.

By submitting or sharing any content through the Platform, you expressly warrant that such content fully complies with these established standards.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely liable for any breach of this warranty. In the event of non-compliance, you shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4Turns, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and dispute resolution costs) arising from or related to your breach, as determined by (a) a final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, or (b) a settlement mutually agreed in writing by the parties.".

This indemnification obligation specifically covers any and all damages or costs incurred by 4Turns as a direct or indirect consequence of your non-compliant content or conduct on the Platform. Your liability under this provision extends to all claims brought by third parties in connection with your use of the Platform.

16. Processing Payments

In certain instances, we may facilitate the collection of payments from you through the Platform—for example, when you opt to purchase Paid Services.

By submitting your payment details during the checkout process, you expressly authorize 4Turns, acting through its appointed third-party payment processor, to charge the specified amount to your designated payment method, as clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that 4Turns is not liable for any loss, delay, or failure in processing your payment resulting from insufficient funds, declined transactions, or any issue related to the payment method you provide.

17. Our Liability to You

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. Any such exclusion or limitation shall only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. If You Are Using the Platform in a Business or Commercial Capacity

The Platform and all associated Content are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations—express or implied. We disclaim all implied conditions, warranties, or other terms that may apply to the Platform or Content, including without limitation those related to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Turns shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance upon the Platform or any Content, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, sales, revenue, or anticipated savings;
Business interruption or downtime;
Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation;
Loss or corruption of data or software;
Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, whether foreseeable or not;

2. If You Are Using the Platform in a Personal (Non-Commercial) Capacity

You acknowledge that the Platform is provided for domestic and private use only, and we do not make any guarantees regarding its uninterrupted availability, performance, or suitability for your individual purposes.

You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial or business purpose, and we accept no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, interruption, or business opportunity resulting from such unauthorized use.

If we fail to comply with these Terms of Use, our responsibility is limited to losses or damages that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

3. Overall Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall 4Turns' liability to you, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms of Use—regardless of the nature of the claim or the loss incurred—exceed the greater of: (i) the amount you paid for the specific Paid Service related to the dispute or claim (if applicable);

18. Violation of Terms of Use

If, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, without limitation. Such actions may include, but are not limited to:

Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Platform and/or its Content;
Closure or deletion of your user Account;
Removal of any content you have posted or submitted to the Platform; and/or
Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; and/or
Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably consider necessary or required by law;

We expressly reserve all rights and remedies available to us under applicable law.

19. Reporting Illegal or Infringing Content

If you encounter any Content on the Platform that you believe may be unlawful or in breach of applicable regulations, you are encouraged to report it promptly by contacting us at support@grek.ge. Please include a detailed description of the Content in question and the reasons you believe it is illegal.

If you are the owner of intellectual property rights, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of such an owner, and believe that any Content on the Platform infringes upon those rights, you may notify us at support@grek.ge. Your notice should include:

A description of the allegedly infringing Content;
Details of the intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed;
Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder;
Your full contact information.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, 4Turns will make reasonable efforts to investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content within a reasonable period of time.

20. GENERAL TERMS

Links to Third-Party Sites and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or external content (including within Listings). These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes. Their inclusion does not constitute our endorsement or approval of the linked content or websites. We have no control over such third-party content and disclaim all liability arising from your use of or reliance upon it.

Linking to the Platform

You may link to any publicly accessible page or Content on the Platform, provided that such linking is done in a lawful, fair manner and does not damage or exploit our reputation. You must not establish any link that suggests an association, endorsement, or approval by us where none exists. Framing of the Platform on any other site is not permitted. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time without notice.

Security and Viruses

While we take reasonable precautions, we do not guarantee that the Platform or its Content will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own hardware, software, and security systems to safely access the Platform. It is recommended that you use up-to-date virus protection software.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"). These may include natural disasters, wars, strikes, utility failures, internet outages, government actions, or any other unforeseeable event. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

Additional Agreements

These Terms of Use apply in addition to any other agreements or terms you may have entered into with 4Turns or its affiliates. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and another agreement, these Terms of Use shall prevail solely to the extent of such conflict.

Transfer of Rights

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another legal entity. If this occurs, we will notify you and ensure that such transfer does not affect your rights under these Terms.

Third-Party Rights

These Terms of Use are binding solely between you and 4Turns. No third party shall have any right to enforce or rely upon any provision contained herein.

Delay in Enforcement

If we delay in exercising any right under these Terms of Use, or do not enforce a specific provision, that shall not constitute a waiver of such right or prevent us from enforcing it at a later time.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Territorial Restrictions

The Platform is intended for use in specific territories where we operate and offer our services. We make no representation that the Platform or any Content is appropriate or legally permissible in jurisdictions outside of these areas. Users accessing the Platform from outside supported territories do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Language

These Terms of Use may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If a dispute arises between you and 4Turns, we encourage you to first contact us at support@grek.ge to seek an amicable resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms of Use (including any non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia. You irrevocably consent and acknowledge that all disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the Parties. If the Parties are unable to reach an amicable resolution, you may submit a complaint to the National Competition Agency of Georgia for further review. Should the dispute proceed to litigation, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tbilisi City Court.

21. ADDITIONAL TERMS

The annexes attached to these Terms of Use form an integral part hereof and contain supplemental terms and conditions applicable to specific sections or features of the Platform. These additional terms operate in conjunction with, and do not replace, the general Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between these Terms of Use and any Annex, the provisions of the main body of the Terms of Use shall prevail.

Annex 1 – Property Listings
Applicable to users accessing or using the 'Property for Sale' and 'Property for Rent' categories of the Platform.
Annex 2 – Motors Listings
Applicable to users accessing or using the 'Motors' section of the Platform.
Annex 3 – VERIFIED BUSINESS ACCOUNT
Applicable to users subscribing to or using the "Verified Business Account" feature of the Platform.

Annex 1

ADDITIONAL TERMS – PROPERTY LISTINGS

The 'Property for Sale' and 'Property for Rent' sections of the Platform facilitate property-related transactions by enabling property owners, licensed brokers, real estate agents, and real estate developers to advertise available properties, and prospective buyers or tenants to browse, contact advertisers, and arrange property viewings.

1. Property Owners

If you are listing a property as the owner or landlord, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

You are the legal and registered owner or landlord of the property being advertised;
You may only post listings for properties that are currently available for sale or lease;
The property must be legally marketable or leasable under applicable laws and regulations, including zoning or occupancy restrictions;

2. Brokers, Real Estate Agents, and Developers

If you are a real estate broker, agent, or property developer, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

You hold a valid and active license from the competent real estate regulatory authority authorizing you to advertise properties through the Platform.
You possess all commercial licenses required to conduct such activity through the Platform.
If you advertise any off-plan (pre-construction) property, the relevant real estate project must be duly registered and approved by the appropriate real estate authority.
All properties listed by you must be currently available and eligible for sale or lease under applicable laws.

3. Prospective Buyers and Renters

If you are browsing the Platform for the purpose of purchasing or renting a property, you acknowledge and agree that:

4Turns serves solely as a medium to connect you with property owners, brokers, agents, and developers. 4Turns does not act as a real estate broker or intermediary.
4Turns does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of property listings.
You are solely responsible for conducting all necessary due diligence, including visiting the property, verifying documentation, and seeking legal or professional advice prior to making any commitments or transactions.

Annex 2

ADDITIONAL TERMS – MOTORS LISTINGS

The 'Motors' section of the Platform allows users to list motor vehicles, aircraft, ships, and boats for sale. It also enables prospective buyers to browse available listings, review vehicle details, and contact the relevant sellers directly.

Sellers

If you advertise a motor vehicle, aircraft, or vessel on the Platform, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

The item listed is legally owned by you, or you are duly authorised to list it on behalf of the legal owner.
The item is currently available for sale and is physically located in the country in which you are based.
The listing provides an accurate and complete description of the item, including make, model, year, condition, usage details, and any material facts that may affect a buyer's decision.

Depending on the type of item listed, the following specific conditions apply:

For Motor Vehicles:
The vehicle must be roadworthy, meaning it meets all legal and mechanical standards for use on public roads, unless clearly stated otherwise in the listing.
For Aircraft:
The aircraft must be airworthy, complying with all relevant aviation safety standards set by applicable authorities (such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), or any other local aviation authority).
For Ships/Boats:
The vessel must be seaworthy, in accordance with applicable maritime laws and safety regulations, and suitable for safe navigation or operation under normal conditions.

Annex 3

ADDITIONAL TERMS – VERIFIED BUSINESS ACCOUNT

These Additional Terms for the Verified Business Account (the "Business Account Terms") set out the conditions governing access to and use of the "Verified Business Account" feature offered via www.grek.ge and any related mobile applications or services operated by 4Turns.

These Business Account Terms are supplementary to and form part of the 4Turns Web Solutions Platform Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms not expressly defined in these Business Account Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Platform Terms.

If any inconsistency or conflict arises between these Business Account Terms and the Platform Terms, these Business Account Terms shall take precedence in relation to the Verified Business Account feature.

1. Description of the Feature

The Feature enables business users to obtain a "Verified Business" status on the Platform. The specific benefits, functionalities, and visual identifiers associated with the Feature may be updated, modified, or expanded from time to time and will be described on the Platform as applicable.

As part of the Feature, you may be permitted to:

Display your registered business name and logo;
Publish a description of your business;
Include relevant contact details;
Provide a link to your official website;
Display such information on your profile, storefront, or listings.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload:

Is accurate, complete, and up to date;
Complies with the Platform Terms of Use and any applicable policies;
Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
Relates directly and exclusively to your registered business activities.

4Turns reserves the right to review, request modification of, or remove any content that does not comply with our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

2. Business Verification and KYC Requirements

In order to access or subscribe to the Feature, 4Turns must verify that you are operating in a legitimate business capacity.

You may therefore be required to submit:

A valid business registration certificate or license;
Tax identification documentation;
Proof of authorized representation;
Any additional documentation or information reasonably requested by us for verification purposes.

By submitting such documentation, you represent and warrant that:

The documents are authentic, valid, and current;
The information provided is accurate and not misleading;
You are duly authorized to act on behalf of the business entity.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in denial, suspension, or revocation of Verified Business status.

All submitted documents and information will be processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable laws of the Republic of Georgia.

3. No Guarantee of Performance or Commercial Results

The Verified Business Account Feature is intended to distinguish business users and may contribute to enhanced credibility or visibility on the Platform. However, you acknowledge and agree that 4Turns makes no representations or guarantees regarding increased visibility, greater user engagement, improved sales or transactions, specific performance outcomes, or any commercial success arising from the use of the Feature. Your use of the Feature is undertaken at your own discretion.

4. Modification or Discontinuation of the Feature

4Turns reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to:

Modify, enhance, restrict, or remove any functionality of the Feature;
Change the design, presentation, or operational aspects of the Feature;
Introduce new requirements or eligibility criteria;
Temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the Feature.

If the Feature is discontinued and you have an active paid subscription, we will notify you using the contact information associated with your account and handle any applicable subscription matters in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

5. Amendments to These Business Account Terms

We may update or amend these Business Account Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be published on the Platform and will become effective upon publication, unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Verified Business Account Feature following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
