Which products and services are not allowed on Grek?
At 4Turns, while we support the listing of a broad range of items, the safety and integrity of our community remain our highest priority. To ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing obligations, certain categories of products and services are either restricted or strictly prohibited from being advertised on the platform.
If you are uncertain whether the item or service you wish to advertise is permitted on 4Turns, we encourage you to consult the list of prohibited items and services provided below. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive; it offers general guidance on the types of listings that are not allowed.
Please be advised that 4Turns retains the right—at its sole discretion—to remove any listing or content, without prior notice, that it deems to be in violation of our Platform Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
In addition, 4Turns reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who attempts to post content that breaches these policies.
4Turns will not issue refunds for listings that are removed due to non-compliance with our policies.
Prohibited Listings
The following items and services are strictly prohibited on our platform and will be immediately removed:
- Narcotics or related paraphernalia/prescription drugs
- Firearms/ammunition
- Human remains/body parts
- Government ID/document replicas
- Personal data/mailing lists/databases
- Unauthorized collection, use, or sharing of personal data without their consent or legal basis under Georgian law
- Counterfeit/replica goods
- Intellectual property violations
- Pyramid/Ponzi schemes
- Gambling services/lotteries/gaming machines
- Hazardous chemicals
- TV signal jamming devices
- Official government items (uniforms, badges, replicas)
- Pornographic content distribution
- Adult/indecent services, including massages of a sexual nature
- Tobacco products (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, hookah)
- Alcoholic beverages
- Medical products/services
- Academic certificates/degrees
- Taxidermy (real stuffed animals)
- Ivory products
- Payment cards (credit/debit)
- Securities/stocks (except collectible replicas)
- Luxury item certificates without the item
- Mobile phone numbers
- Donation requests or crowdfunding
- Advertisements promoting competitors of 4Turns
- Joke/fraudulent listings
- Unauthorized marketing practices
- Unauthorized resale of products/services contrary to supplier’s terms and conditions
- Merchant defamation/harm
- Digital goods/products that you are not authorized to sell
- Spam/duplicate ads
- Any transaction, operation, or action that violates the Platform’s current rules, Terms and Conditions, or applicable Georgian legislation is strictly prohibited.
