How do I post a listing on the website?

To post a listing, click the Post Ad button located at the top right of the page. You'll be taken to the ad creation page where you can follow these steps:

1. Create your account — Choose either Individual or Business account.
2. Choose a suitable category — Select a subcategory that best fits your listing.
3. Add your listing details — Fill in all the required information about your item or service.
4. (Optional) Enhance your ad — Select any add-ons if you want to boost your ad's visibility with premium features.
5. Publish your listing — Click the Publish button to complete and publish your ad. Payment is only required if add-ons are selected.

Important notes:

• Both Individual and Business accounts can post unlimited free ads for almost all categories.
• Only Business accounts can subscribe to ready-made plans or contact our sales team to customize a plan for greater visibility and discounts.

What can I post here?

You're welcome to post most items (with just a few exceptions 😊). For everyone's safety and compliance, please review our Prohibited Items list before creating your listing. This helps maintain a quality marketplace for all users.

Can I post my listings in multiple locations?

We kindly ask that you place your listings in the actual location of the item, service, job, or property. This ensures that people searching by location can easily find your ad. Many visitors search within a broad radius or even nationwide, so your listing will still appear to those open to traveling or considering your area.

Can I boost my listings?

Yes! You can boost your listings using the Ad Boost premium feature. This option refreshes your ad, pushes it back to the top of the search results, and helps it get noticed again by more potential buyers.

Can I use links in my listings?

Yes, you can include links in your listings, but they must be relevant and lead to trustworthy, appropriate content. Avoid spammy, unsafe, or misleading links, as these may result in your ad being removed without a refund.

Is there something I cannot post here?

Yes, certain items and services are not allowed on our site. We don't accept spam, fake listings, vulgar content and multi-level marketing. Please check our Prohibited Items list to make sure your listing follows our guidelines. This helps keep the platform safe and trustworthy for everyone.

My listing was removed. What should I do?

If your listing was removed, it likely violated our Prohibited Items list or other site rules. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy to understand what's allowed.

If your ad was reported and removed, no refund will be issued, and you'll receive a warning. Repeated violations may result in your account being permanently closed.

If you believe the removal was a mistake, feel free to contact our support team for clarification.

How can I contact a seller?

To contact a seller, visit the listing page of the item you're interested in. On the right-hand side, you'll see the Contact section. Click on Show Phone Number to reveal the seller's contact number and get in touch directly.

What premium add-ons are available to enhance my listing?

You can choose to use any or all of these powerful tools:

• Ad Active Days: Add more days to your ad to keep it active longer and visible to more buyers.
• Max Image Uploads: Elevate your ad's appeal—add more images for greater impact!

All plans include premium add-ons like featured ads and highlighted ads, but with different credits and increasing levels of benefits:

• Business Starter: Ideal for small businesses, with essential boosting features and basic analytics.
• Business Pro: Enhanced ad credits, detailed analytics dashboard, and Priority Email & VIP Support – perfect for growing businesses that need better insights and faster assistance.

Only verified business accounts can subscribe to these plans. You can also contact our sales team to create a fully customized package tailored to your specific needs.

How to Subscribe to a Plan?

After your Business Account has been created and verified, you'll be automatically directed to the My Plan page. From there, click on the View Plans button to explore the available subscription packages. Choose the plan that best suits your needs and follow the prompts to complete your subscription. It's a small investment for a big return.

How do I edit, upgrade, or delete my listing?

To edit or delete your listing, hover over the user menu and click on My Ads. You will be directed to the My Ads page, where you can easily find your listings. From there, you can choose to Edit, Delete, or even Upgrade your ads as needed.

"I did not receive my email confirmation"

Occasionally, your email provider might block or delay emails from us. Usually, this is beyond our control and may require some action on your part to resolve:

• Look in your SPAM folder for any messages from Grek.ge that may have been blocked
• Contact us at support@grek.ge with details about the issue so we can assist you
• Alternatively, try signing in with Google to verify your email

How do I edit or delete my account?

To edit your account details, log in and hover over the user menu at the top right corner, then click on Dashboard. From the left-hand menu, select Profile Settings. Here, you can update your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Password.

If you wish to delete your account entirely, please be aware that this action will permanently remove all your listings and data. To request account deletion, contact us at support@grek.ge.

Deleting your account will result in loss of access to certain services and cannot be undone.
