Acceptable Use Policy

1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

This 4Turns Web Solutions Platform Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms governing your use of the platform accessible at www.grek.ge and any associated 4Turns mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). It applies when you:

Access or upload content to the Platform,
Communicate with other users,
Link to the Platform, or
Otherwise interact with the Platform.

This Policy supplements and forms part of our Platform Terms of Use.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You are prohibited from using the Platform:

If you are under 18 years of age;
In violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws;
For any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose;
To harass, threaten, bully, or humiliate any individual;
To cause harm to any person;
To upload, share, or distribute content that violates our Content Standards; or
To send or promote unsolicited advertising, spam, or unauthorized promotional material.

3. CONTENT STANDARDS

These standards apply to all content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"). Compliance is required in both spirit and letter, and 4Turns reserves the sole right to determine whether User Content violates these standards.

A. User Content Must:

Be factually accurate (where stating facts);
Reflect genuinely held opinions (where applicable); and
Adhere to all applicable laws in the country of posting and the Platform’s target regions.

B. User Content Must Not:

Be false, deceptive, or misleading;
Contain, promote, or facilitate illegal content or activities;
Be defamatory, obscene, hateful, or inflammatory;
Harass, bully, intimidate, or humiliate any individual;
Encourage, instruct, or glorify self-harm;
Promote terrorism or violent extremism;
Include sexually explicit material or child exploitation content;
Incite violence or hatred against any group;
Promote discrimination (based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age);
Infringe intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks);
Contain video content prohibited by law in the posting or target country;
Violate third-party rights (e.g., contractual obligations, confidentiality);
Breach court orders or constitute contempt of court;
Invade privacy or disclose personal information without consent;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely imply association with 4Turns;
Suggest unauthorized endorsement by 4Turns; or
Include external advertisements, spam, or promotional links.

4. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The Platform enables users to advertise items and services. However, you are strictly prohibited from listing any item or service included in our List of Prohibited Items.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF POLICY VIOLATIONS

If you breach this Policy, 4Turns reserves the right to take appropriate action at its sole discretion. Non-compliance constitutes a violation of our Platform Terms of Use and may result in one or more of the following measures:

Issuance of a formal warning;
Suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Platform (including account closure, if applicable);
Removal of non-compliant User Content, whether temporarily or permanently;
Legal action to recover damages or costs incurred due to the breach; and/or
Cooperation with law enforcement, including disclosure of relevant information as required by law or deemed necessary.
